Welcome to being you 365 Podcast. My name is Sandra and I am your host. This podcast is dedicated to self-improvement. In this brief introduction, I share with you my hopes that we can build a platform of trust and honest discussion on being you.
The purpose of the "BEING YOU 365" podcast is to start a dialog on being you. Each episode will tackle a new topic where I talk on the subject or invite a guest to speak. Each episode will be fire! We will tackle a new issue where I may have a conversation with you or bring on a guest to tackle it together. There is no right answer. What started off as an interview, quickly turned into a beautiful conversation where he shared his thoughts on COVID-19, as an over 60 yrs athlete; and how he continues to inspire and encourage others to live their best lives through being a role model of his faith and love of fitness.
