Welcome to being you 365 Podcast. My name is Sandra and I am your host. This podcast is dedicated to self-improvement. In this brief introduction, I share with you my hopes that we can build a platform of trust and honest discussion on being you. The purpose of the "BEING YOU 365" podcast is to start a dialog on being you. Each episode will tackle a new topic where I talk on the subject or invite a guest to speak. Each episode will be fire!
